5)KFC honey BBQ sandwich. Calories 310 and 3 grams of fat.
6)McDonalds Egg McMuffin. Calories 300 and 12 grams of fat. The egg offers a great source of protein, and with only five grams of saturated fat, how can you go wrong?
7)Wendy’s Chili (Large). 330 Calories, and 10 grams of fat, 4 being saturated. It’s also a good source of calcium and fiber.
8)Pizza hut, 2 slices of thin and crispy pizza. 400 calories for 2 slices and 18 grams of fat. The thin crust means less flower in the crust which cuts fat, and allows you to get your favorite topping.
